Responsibilities:

We are seeking individuals with the ability to perform repetitive assembly work utilizing various tools and machinery following established procedures and processes to mass-produce kneepads and tools for the flooring/construction industry. This is an entry level opportunity. Must take direction well, be able to work independently, but also a positive team player.

  • Onsite training will be provided

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/Requirements:

  • Stand/Walk/Sit/Bend

  • Handling /Agility of fingers

  • Reach outward/Reach above shoulder

  • Push / Pull 12 lbs or less

  • Vision (near/distance)

  • Average sense of sound (85 decibels)

  • Sense of touch

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required (such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection)

compensation/Time Commitment:

Part time and full time positions. The factory is open Monday- Friday from 6am-3pm (closed weekends) and employees have some flexibility to set a schedule that works for us and them, within this time frame.
